PRODUCT DETAILS This is a new product line for C&R Woodcrafters. To begin, the
fanblades are available in these wood species: white oak, red oak, eastern white maple, cherry, mahogany, hickory, western red cedar, and white pine.
Fanblades will be packaged as a set of 5. If you need only four, you can discard one or keep it for something else. All will come as 5-packs.
All will come FINISHED. You can select your sheen: satin, semi-gloss, or gloss. Gloss finished blades will be easier to clean as gloss creates a smoother surface on
the wood. We recommend Gloss, but you can select semi-gloss or satin if you like. If you would like the blades unfinished, you can request that. C&R will ship them unfinished if you want to plan to stain them
to match your cabinetry. We recommend you add a clear coat finish to them after staining them.
PRICING: A set of 5 blades is $154.00 for the square edge. Part number
CRW-FANBLADE If you would like the fancier beaded edge, a set of 5 is $169.00. Part number CRW-FANBLADE-2
IMPORTANT:
If you would like to send C&R Woodcrafters one of your existing blades or one arm bracket that attaches to the blades, C&R will drill the 3 holes in each of your blades at no added cost. If you do not wish to send in a blade or bracket, the new fanblades will not be predrilled. You can drill them yourself by laying an existing blade over a new blade, lining them up as straight as you can, and then trace and drill your holes. Or you can use your bracket as your guide for placing your holes. If you are concerned about alignment, you can measure across the top side of the blade in 3 places and tick mark the center of the "width". Then you can use a piece of blue painters tape to draw your straight line down the middle of the blade using the edge of the tape as your line. This way you do not have to draw on the blade and the blue painters tape does not stick like masking tape. It allows you to remove it without grief. With the blue tape showing your centerline which technically will be perpendicular to the bracket end of the blade, you can use that to help align the bracket to mark your holes. Most brackets have one hole that follows the centerline of the blade and then the other two holes have random placement depending upon the style of your blade bracket. This may be confusing to some and we do not have a video. Sorry. If you reread and sketch out the above on a piece of paper, you will see what we are getting at. Again, C&R will predrill the blades, but only with a blade or bracket supplied by you. There are so many different patterns for brackets that they will not predrill without a template to go by. AND, for you mathmeticians out there, you cannot use a T-square on the edge of the blade. That will not accurately draw a perpendicular line across the width of the blade. The blades are tapered, they do not have parallel sides.

ORDERING INFORMATION: For us to process your order accurately, this is the information that we will need:
- Part number: CRW-FANBLADE for square edge; CRW-FANBLADE-2 for beaded edge.
- Please tell us the wood species you would like: white oak, red oak, eastern white maple, cherry, mahogany, hickory, western red cedar, or white pine.
- State clear coated in satin, semi-gloss, or gloss sheen. Default is Gloss if nothing mentioned. If you would like the blades UNFINISHED, you can request that.
- If you would like C&R to pre-drill the blades, and you have a blade or blade bracket that you can mail them, please tell us this in the comments field of our
ordering form, or on the phone for phone orders. We will supply you with C&R's address in Washington state for you to send them either piece. Please do not ship anything to our address in Florida. Most
likely we will set up your order as a direct ship and we will never see it. If you have any questions about this, you are most welcome to ask in advance of ordering.
- When ready to order: via On-line, click here ~ via phone 813-633-7544 ~ via FAX, click here.
Ordering the fanblades is rather simple. You have a wood choice, edge choice, clear coat sheen choice, and whether you can supply a template for predrilling. If
anything is unclear to you, please call or e-mail us first. We have description and comments fields on our on-line ordering form. And we welcome phone orders.
For questions, please e-mail or call us. 813-633-7544
